Apostolic Life

Like Dominic and his followers, who brought the message of salvation to believers and unbelievers alike, we participate in the evangelizing mission of the Church. We value our long tradition in the ministry of teaching and healing. We recognize the necessity of working collaboratively with the local Church and its bishop. Fidelity to our mission in response to the particular challenges of the contemporary world is the principle which guides our congregation in its ministries.

Our Lady of the Springs specifically focuses on the education apostolate as its means for evangelizing in the 21^st century. At this time, our sisters are teaching at every level of formal education: elementary, secondary, college, graduate school, as well as religious and seminary education.
