It is in Community that we share our prayers, meals, housing and material goods. This common life is a source of joy and support for one another. We express our loving care and concern for each other and help to build a community which reflects God’s love in action.
We celebrate with joy and support with compassion, we speak earnestly and keep silence, we laugh and we cry, we work and we play; for everything there is a season when living in our communities.
It is in Community that sisters can experience the normal difficulties which might challenge the peace among them. Recognizing and accepting a difficult situation is a part of the penance and sacrifice that occurs in community life. Such is life in a family comprised of unique individuals.
